AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Fellowship Trained Pediatric Neuroradiologist to join their collaborative and collegial physician-led practice. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the largest radiology practice in Central Florida, providing approximately 3 million exams annually. The position involves a hybrid remote/onsite model with a focus on both pediatric and adult neuroradiology, supported by advanced technology and a dedicated team.
Practice Info
- Largest radiology practice in Central Florida with 200+ radiologists
- Provides approximately 3 million exams through a large referral base
- Exclusive imaging provider for 17 AdventHealth hospitals, 10 freestanding EDs, and 21 outpatient imaging centers throughout Central Florida
- Utilizes one PACS system (Agfa PACS and Powerscribe)
- All imaging centers are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) for imaging excellence
- Supported by Radiology AI including Rad AI for automated impression generation and Aidoc for AI-powered triage and diagnostic support
Responsibilities
- 50% pediatric neuroradiology / 50% adult neuroradiology rotation
- Occasional evening coverage
- Participation in Interdisciplinary team conferences
- Clinical research
- Resident education and affiliation with University of Central Florida and Florida State College of Medicine
Compensation
- Extremely competitive compensation of $600,000 to $1,000,000++ with uncapped earning potential

Shift & Schedule
- 50% pediatric neuroradiology / 50% adult neuroradiology rotation
- Daytime: 210 or 226 shifts/ year
- 8-9 weekends a year

Requirements
- BE or BC with the American Board of Radiology (ABR)
- Eligible for Florida Medical License
- Certification of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Neuroradiology or CAQ eligible
- Proficiency in advanced neuroimaging techniques is highly desirable, including: CT perfusion, MR perfusion, MR Spectroscopy, and Functional MRI
