Job Description
The Division of Pediatric Neurology at Nemours Children’s Health, Jacksonville, is seeking a Pediatric Neurologist to join a busy program that includes outpatient services, EEG and continuous EEG studies, EMU evaluations including presurgical evaluations, intraoperative monitoring, minimally invasive surgery, responsive neurostimulation, and a ketogenic diet program.
While this is a clinically focused position, candidates with external support are welcome and research activities are encouraged.
Physicians are encouraged to apply for academic appointment with the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine in Jacksonville.
The Division includes 9 Pediatric Neurologists and a Pediatric Neurology Residency of 15 positions (3 per year) in association with Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and University of Florida. The Division also includes 3 neurosurgeons and additional affiliated Wolfson Children’s Hospital faculty. We have an 8‑bed neuro‑critical care unit with access to portable MRI and monitoring.
