This permanent pediatric medical director position is available for practitioners who want leadership and administrative time while still seeing patients. The part‑time schedule consists of roughly 8 administrative and the remaining clinical hours, with a competitive salary equivalent to $125‑$170 per hour. Full‑time compensation is a prorated annual salary based on this hourly range.

Administrative Responsibilities (≈ 20 % of time)
- Clinical leadership and operations – oversee daily operations, provider workflow, quality metrics, and patient care standards; lead staff meetings and manage escalated clinical concerns.
- Staff management and HR collaboration – support hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and staff development.
- Policy, compliance and strategic oversight – develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize workflows, and provide clinical insight on staffing, costs, and billing.
- Patient experience and communication – promote high‑quality, compassionate care, clear communication, and a collaborative culture that strengthens patient and community trust.

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board certified in pediatrics.

- Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to begin employment within 45 days of offer.
