ARA Diagnostic Imaging (Austin Radiological Association) is seeking a skilled and motivated Pediatric Interventional Radiologist for a partnership track position in Central Texas. This role involves practicing at Dell Children's Medical Center, a tertiary referral center, and contributing to the expansion of pediatric interventional radiology services. Practice Info
- Practice at a tertiary referral center with a broad spectrum of interventional cases.
- Team includes a pediatric IR APP, with an additional hire pending to support section needs.
- Subspecialty support available for pediatric diagnostic exams and neuro-interventional radiology.
- Primary pediatric practice site is Dell Children's Medical Center, a 248-bed state-of-the-art freestanding pediatric facility serving a 45+ county area.
- Dell Children's Medical Center houses the region's only Level I pediatric trauma center and a Level IV NICU.
- Multidisciplinary vascular anomalies clinic meets twice a month, providing a robust referral base.
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric interventional care, including vascular access, biopsies, drain/tube placement, GU and hepatobiliary procedures, arterial and venous interventions, and management of vascular malformations.
- Participate in approximately q5-6 call frequency, shared equally by the section.
- Serve as primary teaching faculty for the UT Dell Medical School radiology residency program.
- Provide pediatric radiology care to additional contract sites within the greater Austin and Central Texas area.

Requirements
- Board certified or Board-eligible in Diagnostic or Interventional Radiology by the ABR.
- Completion of pediatric IR fellowship or formal experience in pediatric IR.
- Comfortable with general diagnostic radiology, adult or pediatric, depending on training background.
