- Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1.
Shift & Schedule
- Approximately 12 clinical shifts per month.
- Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Board certified/eligible in Pediatric Critical Care.
- Additional Cardiology fellowship or minimum 1 year of training within the CICU.
- Candidates with no additional CICU training must have at least 5 years of working as an attending in CICU including the care of newborns with complex congenital heart disease.
