Nestled near the stunning beaches of Southwest Florida, Golisano Childrens Hospital at Lee Health is a modern, state‑of‑the‑art facility delivering vital and lifesaving care for children and their families throughout the region. The 135‑bed regional hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only children’s hospital between Tampa and Miami. The hospital offers specialized services ranging from emergency care to behavioral health, surgery to critical care, orthopedics, cancer treatment, cardiology, and more.

Lee Health is a nonprofit organization with more than 17,000 employees and over 100 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals and one children’s hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

Position Information

Lee Physician Group (LPG) Pediatric Intensivist is seeking a full‑time Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Critical Care Medicine physician. The candidate must have completed a Pediatric Intensivist Fellowship from an ACGME‑accredited program and be sedation certified. This inpatient position involves providing ICU and sedation services in a 16‑bed unit, with plans for expansion to 24 beds. Call coverage is 1:6, and advanced providers provide 24‑hour coverage. The unit uses EPIC for electronic medical records.
