Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Pediatric Intensivist to join its well-established team in Marshfield, Wisconsin. You will provide initial and ongoing care of pediatric patients needing intensive care services in the adjoining Marshfield Children's Hospital. Practice Info
- Care is provided in our adjoining Marshfield Children's Hospital
- Pediatric Intensivists cover the unit 24/7 along with providing sedation services to pediatric patients undergoing clinic and hospital procedures
- Approximately 450 PICU admissions per year with an average midnight census of 4.61
- Team consists of four other Pediatric Intensivists in the 40-member Department of Pediatrics which includes all pediatric subspecialties
- 56-bed Children's Hospital is Central Wisconsin's only accredited pediatric hospital, and one of only four in Wisconsin
- 8-bed PICU with 24/7 pediatric intensivist support including sedation services
