Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care in a Pediatric ICU environment.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to rapid changes in condition.
- Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and pediatric specialists.
- Educate and support families through treatment and recovery processes.
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- 12 years of pediatric ICU or critical care experience preferred.
