Pediatric Hospitalist

CompHealth is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist for an inpatient-only role, offering 12-hour shifts with evening call. This position involves managing a low patient volume of 4 patients per shift, ensuring focused and high-quality care. The role provides guaranteed hours and weekly pay, with all housing, travel, and credentialing details handled by CompHealth.

Responsibilities

• Admissions required -- both inpatient and call coverage

Compensation

• $125 - $150 hourly
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour shifts -- 7 am - 7 pm with evening call 7 pm - 7 am
• 10 - 12 shifts per month -- 12 guaranteed hours per day

Requirements

• Intubation required -- newborn and pediatrics
• PICU experience preferred -- nursery Level I and Level II/NICU
• Sedation skills preferred -- conscious and deep sedation
