Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the pediatric hospitalist program
- Maintain active inpatient pediatric practice, including daytime rounding
- Provide out-of-house call with a 30-minute response time
- Provide medical direction and oversight of pediatric inpatient services
- Collaborate with hospital administration and multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee quality initiatives, clinical protocols, and best practices
- Attend deliveries as requested
- Perform newborn circumcisions

Requirements
- BE or BC in Pediatrics
- Leadership Experience - Director Level Preferred
