Pediatric Hospitalist - Practice Medical Director

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Pediatric Hospitalist to join their growing team at OhioHealth in Athens, Ohio. Practice Info

• Newborn nursery coverage with support from experienced Pediatrix neonatologists
• Three Pediatric Hospitalist team model
• Collaborative environment with neonatologists and hospital staff
• Access to a national network of over 400 NICUs and thousands of providers across the Pediatrix system

Responsibilities

• Newborn nursery coverage
• Perform circumcisions
• Provide pediatric consultations for the ED
• Engage in CQI initiatives and clinical research

Shift & Schedule

• "Round-and-go" schedule with home call
