Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified Pediatric Hospitalist to join their team of 2.5 full-time pediatric hospitalists and 2.5 pediatric intensivists. Practice Info
- Join a team of 2.5 full-time pediatric hospitalists and 2.5 pediatric intensivists
- Serve a diverse patient population from Idaho, Western Wyoming, and Southern Montana
- Work within a 10-bed pediatric unit
- Pediatric physician staff includes pediatric intensivists and neonatologists as part of the Pediatrix team
- Additional pediatric sub-specialists representing pediatric neurology, endocrinology, cardiology, surgery, and anesthesia
- Support staff includes a child life specialist, pediatric nutritionists, and physical therapists
Responsibilities
- Care for medical patients on the pediatric unit
- Consult on pediatric patients in the emergency department
- Consult on surgical patients
- Care for newborn infants who do not require NICU-level care
