AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are seeking dynamic and energetic Pediatric Hospitalists to join their team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach, in association with AdventHealth for Children/Walt Disney Pavilion in Orlando. - Full coverage of pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists at AdventHealth Daytona Beach
- Access to quaternary services through the AdventHealth for Children network
- 10 bed pediatric unit
- 14 bed Level 2 NICU
- Dedicated pediatric emergency room
- Part of AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG), which employs 700+ physicians in 60+ specialties
Responsibilities
- Perform pediatric admissions to the dedicated Pediatric Floor
- Perform ED pediatric consults
- Participate in daily multidisciplinary family centered rounding
- Cover the Level 1 Newborn Nursery
- Provide high-risk delivery coverage in collaboration with the Level 2 Neonatology team
