Pediatric Hospitalist

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join their established team at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. This role focuses on providing comprehensive newborn nursery care in a high-volume environment, supported by an experienced neonatal team. Practice Info

• Join an established team of pediatric hospitalists providing care in the well-baby nursery.
• Primary practice location at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
• Support from an experienced neonatal team with in-house neonatology coverage.
• Approximately 6,500 annual births at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
• Average daily newborn census of approximately 25 patients.
• Focused newborn nursery practice with strong subspecialty resources available nearby.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for newborns in the well-baby nursery.
• Perform newborn admissions and daily rounding.
• Conduct circumcisions.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
• Participate in shared call coverage taken from home.
• Deliver family-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain OH medical licensure.
