Pediatric Home Health Occupational Therapist (Part-Time, Growth Opportunity)
Location: Bastrop, Manor, and Elgin areas
Schedule: Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)

Your Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric home health team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours and the opportunity to gradually grow their caseload into a full-time position as client needs increase.
As a Pediatric OT with Amazing Care, you'll support children and their families through personalized, in-home therapy that helps kids thrive in their daily routines.
What You'll Do
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services in the home setting for pediatric clients with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and sensory or motor challenges.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that focus on improving fine motor skills, self-care, sensory integration, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a holistic care approach.
- Educate families on techniques, adaptive strategies, and home-based activities to promote skill development.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
- Stay informed about current best practices and standards in pediatric OT and home health care.

Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Texas
- Pediatric experience preferred; strong new grads with pediatric interest are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Empathetic, proactive, and committed to helping children reach their potential
