Responsibilities
- Serve as Medical Director of the Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Program, providing strategic and clinical leadership to advance program goals and quality standards
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical protocols
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hematology/oncology optimize program efficiency and patient outcomes
- Contribute to strategic planning and growth of the pediatric hematology/oncology program
- Represent the program at institutional and external meetings, conferences, and collaborative initiatives
- Provide direct patient care, with a clinical focus in pediatric hematology/oncology
- Maintain an active outpatient and inpatient clinical schedule, with responsibilities proportioned to accommodate leadership duties
Compensation
- 2-year income guarantee: $350,000 per year
- Generous call pay opportunity on top of guarantee

Requirements
- MD or DO with board certification in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
- Board Eligibility for medical licensure in California
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
- Minimum 5 years of post-fellowship clinical and/or leadership experience preferred
- Proven leadership in clinical program development, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Strong commitment to medicine, clinical research, and teaching
