This established medical center is seeking a BE/BC fellowship trained Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist to join its practice in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Job duties include providing consultations and management of pediatric patients with known or suspected malignancies and hematologic diseases in the ambulatory setting. Also responsible for inpatient consultation and management of pediatric patients in the acute care setting. This provider will also offer supervision to RNs administering chemotherapy in the ambulatory setting.

Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist Opportunity in Marshfield, Wisconsin:

• Full-Time, Permanent Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist Opportunity
• Provide Consultations and Management of Pediatric Patients with Known or Suspected Malignancies and Hematologic Diseases
• Responsible for Inpatient Consultation and Management of Pediatric Patients in the Acute Care Setting
• Compensation floor of $300,000 for the first two years of employment, with potential to exceed the compensation floor through personally performed wRVUs
• $200,000 retention incentive available if physician remains at a 1.0 FTE status for 5 years, subject to contractual agreement
• Offer Supervision to RN’s Administering Chemotherapy
• Open to H1B Visa Candidates and 2028 J-1 Visa Candidates
• Non-Profit Organization – May Qualify for Loan Forgiveness

Requirements of the Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Have/will complete Pediatric Residency
• Have/will Complete Fellowship Training in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology
• Board Certified/Eligible
