Overview

An award-winning, Community Children\'s Hospital on the Central California Coast is seeking a full-time Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join their team and practice in an ambulatory setting. The hospital has strong pediatric support including 22 sub-specialties and its own pediatric residency program.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multi-disciplinary environment with 3 Pediatric GI physicians, Dietitians, LCSWs, and a strong support team.
• Collaborate with the hospital’s pediatric subspecialties and participate in a residency program.
• Provide ambulatory patient care in pediatric gastroenterology.

Compensation & Benefits

• Negotiable base salary starting at $283,000, with total income potential into the $350,000–$400,000 range through wRVU and quality incentives.
• $500,000 in housing down payment assistance to purchase a home in the community.
• Sign-on/relocation stipend of $50,000, full benefits plan, PTO, CME, and more.
