Pediatric Geneticist

A large healthcare system in North Dakota is seeking a Pediatric Geneticist to join their growing team due to an increasing patient census. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a full-time and part-time geneticist, as well as a robust team of genetic counselors and board-certified pediatric specialists. The role offers involvement in newborn screening and the management of metabolic disorders in both children and adults.

Practice Info

• Join 1 full-time and 1 part-time geneticist
• Staff includes a genetic counselor in medical genetics and metabolism
• Staff includes 5 genetic counselors in hereditary cancer clinic, reproductive medicine, maternal-fetal medicine, and internal medicine
• Support from a large team of board-certified and fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists

Responsibilities

• Support the growing patient census
• Involvement in newborn screening
• Management of children and adults with inborn metabolic disorders
