Sanford Health, one of the largest and fastest-growing not-for-profit health systems in the United States, is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join their well-established department at Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination (if applicable to the setting).
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide consultative services and treatment to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults presenting with diseases of the digestive system.
- Perform complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using lighted scopes to see internal organs.
Compensation
- Annual compensation of $340,000 for the first two years of the employment contract.
- Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years.

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Successful completion of a Pediatric residency followed by successful completion of a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology that is accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada.
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable.
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed fellowship training within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of fellowship training.
