Pediatric Endocrinologist

The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist to join their team in Rochester, NY. This primarily clinical position involves outpatient and inpatient consultant services, along with clinical education for medical students and residents. The successful applicant will be a productive member of the University community, contributing to patient care, research, teaching, and administrative service.

Practice Info

• The Division of Endocrinology currently includes three Pediatric Endocrinologists, six APPs, 3 RNs, one social worker, one RD, and administrative staff.
• The division provides more than 3,000 patient visits annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient consultant services.
• Participate in the clinical education of medical students and residents.
• Engage in patient care.
• Conduct independent or sponsored research.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Participate in community outreach.
• Contribute to University-related public service.

Compensation

• Academic rank and competitive salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
• The referenced pay range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this faculty position.
• Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, the individual's experience, and expertise, with consideration to related position salaries.
• Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Salary range: $207,000-$250,000.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree.
• BC/BE in Pediatric Endocrinology.
• Immediately eligible for licensure in New York.
• Interest in working in an evolving, fully integrated program.
• Open to visa sponsorship.
