Pediatric Endocrinologist

Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist to join their expansive pediatric specialty team at Sanford Children's Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. The role involves a clinic-based practice with hospital consults, collaboration with multidisciplinary specialists, and teaching opportunities with medical students and residents. Providers will work within the region's largest team of board-certified pediatric specialists at the region's only Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.

Practice Info

• Clinic-based practice with hospital consults throughout the Children's Hospital (NICU, Peds, PICU)
• Full array of endocrine conditions including thyroid, diabetes, and growing number of transgender patients
• Collaboration with on staff pediatric psychologist specializing in gender dysphoria
• Integrated behavioral health imbedded into clinic
• Outreach to regional Sanford clinics
• Joint appointment as clinical faculty with Department of Pediatrics at UND School of Medicine and Health Science teaching medical students & family medicine residents as well as an upcoming pediatric residency in 2024

Compensation

• Nationally competitive compensation plan
• Annual compensation of $261,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years
