This established Health System is looking for a full-time Pediatric Endocrinologist to join their established practice in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Join a group of Pediatric Subspecialists, Pediatric Hospitalists, Intensivists, and Neonatologists, all located onsite. This is mostly an outpatient practice evaluating and managing infants, children and adolescents that have a variety of hormonal disorders, with a focus on type 1 diabetes, obesity, and other Endocrine related issues. This position offers a full-time starting salary of $261,000 for the first two years and is supportive of H-1B and 2028 J1 visa candidates.

Pediatric Endocrinologist Position

• Clinic-Based Pediatric Endocrinology Practice With Hospital Consultations Throughout The Children’s Hospital
• Provide Consultations In The NICU, Pediatrics, And PICU
• Call is Typically 1:3
• Treat A Full Array Of Endocrine Conditions, Including Thyroid Disorders And Diabetes
• Collaborate With Experienced Physicians, Pediatric Dietician, And Certified Diabetic Educators
• Annual Compensation Of $261,000 For The First Two Years Of The Employment Contract
• Estimated Potential To Exceed The Compensation Floor Through Personally Performed wRVUs
• $100,000 Retention Incentive Available If Physician Remains At A 1.0 FTE Status For 4 Years, Subject To Contractual Agreement

Requirements of the Pediatric Endocrinologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Has Completed a Pediatric Residency Program
• Has/Will Complete Fellowship Training in Pediatric Endocrinology
• 2027 Grad Fellows and Experienced Physicians Encouraged to Apply!
