Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Endocrinologist to join their dynamic team in Sacramento, CA. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a comprehensive, clinically focused, and research-driven subspecialty program. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in advancing pediatric endocrine clinical research and providing innovative clinical care for children with complex endocrine disorders within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

- 8 active clinical trials
- Multidisciplinary team includes 6 Pediatric Endocrinologists, 3 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs), 1 Dedicated Research Coordinator, 1 Area Manager and Research Manager, Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (CDCES), Registered Dietitians
- Embedded care coordination and population health support, including the Life@Sutter weight management program, PENS team (Pediatric Endocrine and Nutrition Services), and multidisciplinary diabetes team
- Team emphasizes shared decision-making, Physician-APC dyad leadership, mutual respect, and long-term sustainability
Compensation
- $275,000 /Yr.
- Sign-on bonus of up to $20,000
- Relocation assistance of up to $20,000 for qualified applicants

Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
- Clinically excellent and team-oriented
- Interested in diabetes care, endocrine complexity, or program development
- Curious, innovative, and aligned with a culture of continuous improvement
- Prior research experience is preferred but not required
- Applicants with advanced research training—such as a PhD or MPH—are highly encouraged to apply, though these degrees are not mandatory
