Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician

Vituity seeks Board-certified or Board-eligible Pediatric Emergency Physicians to join Sutter Roseville Medical Center’s collaborative and growing team in Roseville, California. As a 100% physician-owned partnership, Vituity provides clinicians with autonomy, financial transparency, and a supportive culture. Physicians will practice in a Level II Trauma Center with a newly expanded 71-bed emergency department serving the surrounding region.

• Sutter Roseville Medical Center is a 382-bed facility that sees an average of 99,000 patients annually.
• Level II Trauma Center and Stroke and STEMI certified.
• ED has expanded recently to a 71-bed Emergency Department.
• EM Residency Program begins Summer of 2023.
• Serving the communities of South Placer, North Sacramento, and beyond since 1997.
• Facility includes a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Compensation

• K-1 partnership with current hourly pay rate of over $280/hr plus partnership bonus.
• Partnership models allow a K-1 status pay structure, allowing high tax deductions.
