Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or strong CFY candidates considered
- Experience working in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt practices to suit students with varying levels of need
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and assessment to a diverse K12 caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document student performance and maintain compliance with school and special education guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and recommend appropriate interventions
