Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or strong CFY candidates considered
• Experience working in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education documentation
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt practices to suit students with varying levels of need

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and assessment to a diverse K12 caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document student performance and maintain compliance with school and special education guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and recommend appropriate interventions
