Pediatric Dept Chair: Outpatient Leader, Loan Repayment

Healthcare Connections is seeking an experienced pediatrician to join as Department Chair in northern Illinois. The role is outpatient-focused, working with a team of physicians and APPs, with a pathway to leadership as the chair becomes CMO.

Board-certified MD/DO candidates with a prevention focus are preferred; new graduates and visa holders are welcome. Highlights include 100% outpatient practice, roughly 18–20 patients per day, and 31 paid days off per year, plus loan repayment.
