Children’s Primary Dental Group is seeking a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Dentist to join our established and growing dental organization in San Diego County.

Our pediatric dentists are supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, allowing doctors to focus on what matters most—excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
The Pediatric Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Responsibilities include examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning, preventive and restorative dentistry, management of pediatric dental emergencies, and appropriate behavior guidance.
The dentist will work closely with our clinical team to maintain high standards of patient safety, documentation, communication, and continuity of care while creating a positive experience for children and their families.
Qualifications
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Active or eligible California dental license
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Dentistry preferred
• Current BLS and other required certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to excellent clinical care and a positive patient experience
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
