Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist interested in an “Immediate or short-term Partnership Opportunity.” This role offers clinical autonomy, mentorship (if desired), and the chance to help guide the future of a successful pediatric dental office.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive daily rate with earning potential of $250,000–$350,000

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for patients ages 0–19 , including special needs
- Perform routine and specialized pediatric dental procedures
- Participate in in-house IV sedation days with pediatric anesthesia
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
- Engage in community outreach and education
- Opportunity to expand services such as clear aligners and pediatric sleep medicine

- 30 new patients per month

Schedule
- Full-time: 4–5 days per week
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
