Pediatric Dentist

We are an established, doctor-owned pediatric dental practice with offices in Louisville and Southern Indiana, and we are adding doctors to our team. We are looking for a pediatric dentist, and we will also welcome the right general dentist who loves treating children and wants to make it their career.

Our owner is a board-certified pediatric dentist who still sees patients every week and mentors our doctors. You would join a full schedule from your first week, with an established patient base, longstanding referral relationships, and a clinical and administrative team that lets you focus on patient care.

What we offer

• Collections-based pay with no lab fees or deductions. Full-time doctors here can earn $300,000 to $450,000 a year.
• $25,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses, or student loan support.
• A four-day work week. No weekends.
• A full schedule from day one.
• Expanded-duty assistants who handle x-rays, cleanings and sealants, so your time goes to exams, diagnosis and treatment.
• Mentorship from a board-certified pediatric dentist, valuable for a general dentist building pediatric skills.
• Possible OR time when available.

• Health insurance, with the practice paying part of the premium.
• Malpractice insurance paid by the practice.
• Licensing and insurance credentialing costs covered.
• Annual continuing education allowance.

• A dentist who puts the patient first, treats every child the way they would want their own child treated, and recommends only the care that child needs.
• Someone who is patient, calm and genuinely enjoys working with children and their parents.
• Someone who values relationships, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants a long-term future with an established group.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD.
• Kentucky or Indiana dental license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Pediatric dentistry residency preferred.
• General dentists with meaningful pediatric experience (a GPR or AEGD, or several years treating children) are encouraged to apply.

Experienced dentists and new graduates are both welcome.
