Pay

• $25,000 - $500,000 per year

Guaranteed base of $1,250 per day or 30–32% of production.

Requirements

• License & Certification: Basic life support, Driver’s license, Licensed dentist, DEA Registration
• Postgraduate & Specialty Residencies: Pediatric Dentistry Residency

Must have experience or specific training in Pediatric Dentistry.

Licensure

Must be eligible for dental licensure in Kansas.

Job Description

• Provide high-quality pediatric dental care including restorative work, hygiene cleanings, and exams.
• Perform specialized treatments such as fluoride applications, sealants, and sedations.
• Collaborate with a devoted team of Dental Assistants and Registered Dental Hygienists.
• Experience a diverse clinical environment with a blend of office-based and hospital-based dentistry.
• Participate in office IV sedations alongside accredited anesthesia teams.
• Engage in doctor meetings to provide input on practice operations and clinical standards.
• Manage a minimal, shared on-call rotation for the office.
