The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leadingpediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) network specializing in dentalrestorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patientsunder general anesthesia in St. Louis, MO and we are seeking a licensedPediatric Dentist to join a collaborative surgical team dedicated to deliveringsafe, high-quality, accessible care.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside Dentists,Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and othersurgical professionals in a close-knit ASC environment.

What You’ll Do

• Partnerwith the surgical team to provide safe, high-quality care for pediatricand special needs patients
  
• Performdental restorative and exodontia procedures in an ASC setting
  
• Treatapproximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
  
• Collaborateclosely with the anesthesia and surgical team to support positive patientoutcomes
  
• Maintaina patient-centered approach focused on safety, quality, and compassionatecare
  

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• LicensedPediatric Dentist with appropriate state dental licensure
  
• Experienceworking with pediatric patients
  
• CurrentBLS certification; AHA or equivalent PALS certification (within 6 monthsof hire)
  

Preferred Qualifications

• NationalBoard Certification strongly preferred
  
• Comfortablepracticing across a range of anesthesia staffing models, includingAnesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
  
• Strongteamwork, communication, and clinical judgment
  
• Positiveattitude and commitment to providing exceptional pediatric patient care
