Front Office Coordinator – Pumpkin Pediatric Dentistry

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting children and families with a warm, cheerful smile
- Answering phones and helping parents schedule appointments with ease
- Responding promptly to office emails and text messages with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinating the daily schedule to keep the office flowing smoothly
- Verifying insurance and helping families understand treatment plans
- Collecting payments and reviewing financial options with parents
- Supporting the clinical team in creating a 5-star patient experience
- Keeping the front office organized, upbeat, and welcoming for every family
