Shift Details
- Schedule: Days, Overnights, Weekends
Responsibilities
- Utilize all CT imaging resources to perform high‑quality CT examinations
- Provide CT imaging services on pediatric patients
- Ensure accurate and efficient imaging for physician interpretationMaintain image quality standards and follow established CT protocols
- Deliver compassionate patient care while ensuring patient safety during examinations
- Operate CT equipment safely and effectively in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
Required License, Certification and Registration
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of modality specific work experience, at least 1 year of X‑Ray experience.
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R), required.
- ARRT CT Registration must be obtained within 1 year in this position.
- Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
