Pediatric Cardiologist

Carilion Children's is seeking a Pediatric Cardiologist to join their established clinic-based, academic practice in Roanoke, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive Pediatric Cardiology services at the only tertiary center in southwest Virginia. The position also includes a faculty appointment with Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, providing avenues for teaching, clinical research, and quality improvement.

Practice Info

• Join a team of three experienced Board-Certified Pediatric Cardiologists.
• Provide services including General Pediatric Cardiology, Fetal Cardiology, and non-invasive imaging (Cardiac CT and cMRI).
• Provide ambulatory care in a new state-of-the-art facility.
• Provide inpatient consultation services for pediatric inpatient units supported by Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Intensivists, Neonatologists, and Pediatric ER providers.
• Practice is located in a new state-of-the-art pediatric facility combining general pediatrics and all pediatric subspecialties along with full lab and xray services.

Compensation

• Salary Range, $325,978 to $413,966
• Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary
• Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary
