Carilion Children's is seeking an additional Pediatric Cardiologist to join their established clinic-based, academic practice in Roanoke, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive Pediatric Cardiology services as part of the only tertiary center in southwest Virginia. The position also includes a faculty appointment with the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, providing remarkable opportunities in teaching, clinical research, and quality improvement.
Practice Info
- Join a team of three experienced Board-Certified Pediatric Cardiologists.
- Services include General Pediatric Cardiology, Fetal Cardiology, and non-invasive imaging including Cardiac CT and cMRI.
- Provide ambulatory care in a new state-of-the-art facility.
- Provide inpatient consultation services for pediatric inpatient units.
- Supported by Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Intensivists, Neonatologists, and Pediatric ER providers.
- Located on the outskirts of Roanoke's Downtown District in a new state-of-the-art pediatric facility combining general pediatrics and all pediatric subspecialties along with full lab and xray services.

Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $325,978
- Max Starting Salary: $413,966
- Eligible to participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.
- Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary.
