Nemours Children’s Hospital, Florida is seeking an experienced Pediatric Cardiologist to grow a new outpatient location in Sebring. This clinic operates 4–5 days per week, with an optional administrative day. Home outpatient call coverage for the region is expected, but there is no requirement for in‑person call coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat congenital and acquired heart conditions in infants, children, and adolescents.
- Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiology care.
- Opportunities exist for involvement in community outreach, patient education, and program development to advance preventive cardiology efforts.
Qualifications
- MD, DO, or international equivalent (MBBS, MBChB, etc.) from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Cardiology by the American Board of Pediatrics.
- Demonstrated expertise or strong interest in preventive cardiology or exercise physiology (additional fellowship training not required).
- Eligibility for an unrestricted Florida medical license.
- Commitment to patient‑centered care, collaboration, and advancing children’s cardiovascular health.
