Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children – Orlando, Florida
Orlando Health Children’s Heart Institute at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Cardiologist with advanced training in Cardiac MRI and CT to join our expanding pediatric heart program.
Position Highlights
- Advanced imaging-focused pediatric cardiology position
- Dedicated time for Cardiac MRI and CT interpretation
- Integrated with a comprehensive pediatric/congenital/ACHD heart program
- TEE and/or Fetal experience welcomed but not required
- Opportunity available for both experienced physicians and graduating fellows.
Inpatient/Ambulatory Responsibilities
- Participation in Echo Lab reading schedule
- Limited inpatient service coverage
- Main Ambulatory and Satellite clinic options
Call Schedule
- Pediatric Cardiologists share on-call responsibilities equally
- Night call is primarily telephone consultation and occasional remote echocardiogram interpretation with inpatient rounding on weekend.

- Dedicated Cardiac ICU with 24/7 in-house cardiac intensivist coverage

Qualifications
- Education: M.D., D.O.
- Leadership aspirations and interest in program development encouraged
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship
- Additional advanced training in Cardiac MRI and CT
- TEE proficiency preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics
- Unrestricted FL medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA
