Pediatric Cardiologist

Position: Pediatric Cardiologist – Non‑Invasive Imaging

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group seeks a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Pediatric Cardiologist who specializes in non‑invasive cardiac imaging. A fourth‑year imaging experience is preferred, but not required.

The successful candidate will join a team of academic pediatric cardiologists and provide a full spectrum of clinical pediatric cardiology services, including multi‑modal diagnostic imaging, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, fetal cardiology, heart failure, cardiac transplantation, and pulmonary hypertension. Academic affiliation options will begin at the Assistant/Associate Professor level and can advance with prior experience.

Institutional context: The Clinical services are housed within Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital, a 364‑bed tertiary / quaternary children’s hospital with a new state‑of‑the‑art medical center. The hospital performs approximately 300 cardiac surgeries annually and 450‑550 catheterization cases, with about 9,000 echocardiograms each year.

Qualifications: Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Pediatric Cardiologist; specialization in non‑invasive imaging; eligibility for academic affiliation.

Compensation: Starting base compensation range is $296,000 – $345,000, adjusted for experience and faculty rank. Variable compensation and departmental plans are additional.
