Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Physician

AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are seeking a Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Physician to join their collaborative Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team in Orlando, Florida. The physician will join an established pediatric critical care team and contribute to a robust, multidisciplinary congenital heart program in a state-of-the-art children's hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in the CVICU with potential coverage in the PICU
• Collaborate with pediatric cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in sedation services and ECMO management
• Engage in teaching and mentoring of residents and trainees
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical research initiatives

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care fellowship training preferred
• Demonstrated expertise or strong interest in cardiac critical care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
