- Nevada's largest physician-owned and led anesthesia practice
- 115 anesthesiologists and 35+ care team members (CRNA/CAA)
- Deliver comprehensive anesthesia services across Las Vegas's premier hospitals and health systems (HCA, Dignity Health, Valley Health)
- Pediatric Anesthesia at Sunrise Children's Hospital: 7 fellowship-trained pediatric anesthesiologists and 4 congenital cardiac specialists
- Exclusive anesthesia provider to Sunrise Children's Hospital
- Cardiac Anesthesia: 18 fellowship-trained adult cardiac anesthesiologists handling diverse, high-acuity cases across multiple centers
Compensation
- Outstanding compensation: $525,000-$950,000 based on specialty and time off/shifts picked up
- Highest earners in group earn more than $950,000
- Peds also has ability to be on salaried or comp plan model
- Generous sign-on, relocation, and student loan repayment packages
- 401k with match + quarterly profit-sharing
- Clear 2-year partnership track (expedited options for experienced candidates) plus Associate and no-call options available

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
- Fellowship training preferred for Pediatric, Cardiac, and Pediatric Cardiac roles
- Must meet hospital credentialing requirements
