• Nevada's largest physician-owned and led anesthesia practice
• 115 anesthesiologists and 35+ care team members (CRNA/CAA)
• Deliver comprehensive anesthesia services across Las Vegas's premier hospitals and health systems (HCA, Dignity Health, Valley Health)
• Pediatric Anesthesia at Sunrise Children's Hospital: 7 fellowship-trained pediatric anesthesiologists and 4 congenital cardiac specialists
• Exclusive anesthesia provider to Sunrise Children's Hospital
• Cardiac Anesthesia: 18 fellowship-trained adult cardiac anesthesiologists handling diverse, high-acuity cases across multiple centers

Compensation

• Outstanding compensation: $525,000-$950,000 based on specialty and time off/shifts picked up
• Highest earners in group earn more than $950,000
• Peds also has ability to be on salaried or comp plan model
• Generous sign-on, relocation, and student loan repayment packages
• 401k with match + quarterly profit-sharing
• Clear 2-year partnership track (expedited options for experienced candidates) plus Associate and no-call options available

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency
• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
• Fellowship training preferred for Pediatric, Cardiac, and Pediatric Cardiac roles
• Must meet hospital credentialing requirements
