Pediatric Billing Specialist

To support a growing practice, the full-time Pediatric Billing Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of pediatric claims using PCC EMR, investigate and resolve denied claims, and ensure accurate billing while working remotely with a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of pediatric claims in PCC EMR Investigate, appeal, and resolve denied and underpaid claims Communicate clearly and professionally to support exceptional client service Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience Strong understanding of the full claim lifecycle from charge entry to payment resolution Hands-on PCC EMR experience preferred Pediatric billing experience or significant exposure to pediatric payer rules preferred Confidence working with denials independently
