The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced, patient-centered Anesthesiologist to join a dedicated surgical team at a highly respected Ambulatory Surgery Center in the Dallas Fort-Worth area. This role focuses on providing safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients undergoing dentistry and comprehensive dental care. The Anesthesiologist will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent patient care and positive outcomes within a collaborative ASC environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients
- Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care
- Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day
- Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment
Shift & Schedule
- Part-Time (1-2 days per week)
- No Call
- No Weekends or Holidays
Requirements
- Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
- Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure
- Current BLS and AHA PALS certification
- PALS required within 6 months of hire
- National Board Certification strongly preferred
- Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
