US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking highly skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologists to join their expanding practice at Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida in Fort Myers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic care team and deliver high-quality pediatric care in a 135-bed children's hospital with a Level III NICU. The position provides a collaborative environment focused on patient care and professional growth.

• Supports a growing complexity and acuity of pediatric perioperative services.
• Join a dynamic care team of 30 anesthesiologists and 64 anesthetists.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality pediatric care to over 45,000 patients annually.
• Opportunity for up to a 100% pediatric case mix.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for daily cases including General surgery, ENT, and orthopedics.
• Provide anesthesia services for weekly cases including Pediatric endoscopy, MRI, ophthalmology, plastics, dental, and neurosurgery.

Compensation

• $100,000 sign-on bonus for Pediatric Specialty!
• $600,000 base salary

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
• Must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
