Job Summary

Join Geisinger’s award‑winning, physician‑led system as a BC/BE allergist/immunologist (MD or DO). You will work at the Allergy and Immunology clinic in Forty‑Fort, delivering high‑quality care to both pediatric and adult patients with asthma, allergic diseases, and immunologic disorders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with 6 other allergists/immunologists and 3 advanced practitioners across the Geisinger System for shared call coverage and routine electronic communication.
• Perform office procedures including percutaneous and intradermal skin testing, spirometry, food challenges, venom testing, drug challenges, and patch testing.
• Manage patients receiving environmental allergen immunotherapy, venom immunotherapy, immunoglobulin replacement therapy, and biologic therapy for asthma and urticarial.
• Participate in regular interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care and program development.

Qualifications

Education: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (required)

Certification(s) and License(s): Licensed Medical Doctor, State of Pennsylvania

Skills: Patient care, procedural skills, professional etiquette, systems‑based practice
