Pediatric ABA Clinic Director

Helping Hands Family is seeking a Clinic Director to lead day-to-day operations for a pediatric clinic. You’ll drive performance, coach a team of supervisors and clinicians, and ensure high-quality care for children with ASD in an onsite, full-time role.

You will build strong operations, manage budgets, and align staffing with clinical needs, while fostering a positive, family-centered culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
