• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system seeks BC/BE Pediatric physicians
• Competitive base salary offered plus annual productivity incentives – to be discussed with employer directly
• Outpatient only practice
• Flexible workweek structured as four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts
• Average patient volume of 18-22 patients per day with dedicated administrative time (4-5 hours weekly) built into template for charting and care management
• 30-minute visit slots for new patient evaluations and complex consultations; 15-to-20-minute slots for routine well-child and sick visits
• Outpatient phone-only call rotation with no inpatient rounding or newborn nursery coverage required
• Multidisciplinary team-based environment featuring on-site dental, integrated behavioral health, and WIC support programs
