PEB MBS Engineer only US Citizens

Location: Cullman / Birmingham, Alabama, USA ( Primarily Ascent plant/office, with flexibility to support other Ascent locations as required)
Engagement: Full Time Engineer
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or a related technical field
Domain Experience : Metal Building Systems / Pre-Engineered Buildings
Experience: 8- 15 years

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead MBS/PEB Engineer with strong Metal Building Systems experience candidate. This is primarily an engineering-focused role on Engineering and in coordination with offshore and onshore team
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong hands-on experience in Metal Building Systems / Pre-Engineered Buildings (MBS/PEB) demonstrated US project exposure will be preferred.
* Strong technical ownership, independent engineering judgement, good at coordination. Client-facing capability, Excellent communication skills
* Can independently handle complex PEB_MBS engineering assignments..
* Perform and review structural design calculations, loading criteria, structural analysis results and design optimization.
* Has strong MBS/PEB design and technical review capability.
* Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and engineering drawings.
* Understanding of fabrication and erection requirements.
* Knowledge of US metal building industry practices and standards is preferred.
* Good knowledge of drawing preparation, checking, and document control.
* Comfortable working with both onsite and offshore engineering/detailing teams.
* Assist in developing standard practices, checklists, templates, and workflows for MBS/PEB projects.
