• Fund Accounting & Reporting
• Audit, Tax, Compliance
• Capital & Liquidity Management
• Process Improvement & Implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7–12+ years of experience across public accounting and private markets, with private equity fund experience strongly preferred
• Strong foundation in fund accounting, xhqgsiq audit, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with complex fund structures (SPVs, co-investments) preferred
• CPA preferred
