- Strong business acumen, strategic partner to CEO with professional presence. Able to work with large well-known global customers.
- Proven ability to attract, develop, retain, and motivate a team.
- A combination of large company and small company career experience (or equivalent) is desirable; someone who is sophisticated enough to build a business, but still somewhat hands on.
